I am pleased to announce that I have recently joined Southern Funding Alliance LLC., a subsidiary of Texas 1 credit Union. Due to the massive changes occurring in the mortgage industry I fully believe that being a part of a larger, more established organization will afford me the opportunity to increase the level of customer service I am able to provide to my clients.

I imagine when you clicked on my previous address and found yourself on Southern Funding’s site you were surprised. Welcome! Give me a few minutes to tell you about this great organization and why I’m here.

To begin with, Southern Funding Alliance shares my philosophy. We make sure that life is taken care of and business is always rolling. Family is important to all of us and we take everybody else’s family just as seriously. We understand that a housing purchase is the largest transaction in someone’s life. Our job is to make sure there is always someone available to the client. Whether it’s convenient to our hours or yours, we’re always going to be there for you.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve been in this business since 1997 and have personally overseen or closed well over $2 billion in loan volume servicing thousands of clients and repeat clients. By combining online lending with other technology and a complete portfolio of mortgage resources, clients who choose or need to work with me remotely can feel like they’re sitting in my office. And, by using these tools clients gain the benefit of discounted loans.

Personally, this move gives me even more time for my six-year old son, Tressel, who attends elementary school across the street from my new office location, affording me more time to take care of my family while I am taking care of yours!

I am proud to have such a large client base and I hope to continue working for you in the future for your purchase and refinance needs.
